WARRANTY AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your experience with our product does not meet your expectations, we’d like to make it right. A Gunwerks rifle system carries an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty. Your rifle system is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If your Gunwerks rifle system fails due to workmanship or material defect during the life of the product, please return it to us for repair or replacement. Please keep in mind this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, misuse, modifications, accidents or normal wear and tear of materials over extended use and time.

Systems assembled with customer supplied components (scope, rings, etc) will not be eligible for a 100% money back guarantee. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. We also offer a 100% money back guarantee in the first 30 days for customers who are not completely satisfied with the purchase of one of our rifles.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY  (NON-RIFLE ITEMS)

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. If a product is defective, we will accept it with an explanation of the defect, subject to verification upon receipt. Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition may not be returned.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Contact your Gunwerks sales associate for an assigned RMA number.
• Remove all accessories from your case: (Slings, sun shades, ammunition, etc).
• Ensure your hard case is properly secured for shipping.
• DO NOT send ammunition in the same case as your rifle.
