The Graphic Designer Overview
The Graphic Designer at Gunwerks and Revic plays a key role in shaping our brand through compelling visual content across digital and print media. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong design expertise and, ideally, experience in the firearms industry. From advertisements and product packaging to web and social media assets, this role demands technical skill, creativity, and a passion for hunting and firearms to engage our audience and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative assets for digital and print marketing, including advertisements, catalogs, brochures, product packaging, and social media content.
- Design website and e-commerce graphics, landing pages, and user interface elements to enhance the online customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Produce engaging social media graphics, video thumbnails, and infographics that align with brand aesthetics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Work closely with product development and photography teams to create high-quality visual assets, including firearm and accessory renderings.
- Design trade show booth displays, banners, and other promotional materials for events and expos.
- Manage and organize a digital asset library of logos, images, and marketing materials for internal use.
- Create motion graphics or simple video edits for marketing and social media use.
- Ensure all design work meets regulatory compliance and industry standards where applicable.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, firearm industry aesthetics, and emerging marketing technologies.
Key Performance Indicators
- Project completion rate – Timely delivery of design projects based on marketing deadlines.
- Engagement metrics – Performance of visual content in digital channels (social media engagement, ad click-through rates, etc.).
- Website conversion rate – Effectiveness of digital assets in driving e-commerce sales and lead generation.
- Efficiency in asset creation – Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet turnaround times.
- Cross-team collaboration – Feedback from internal teams on the effectiveness of design support.
- Innovation in design – Introduction of new creative concepts that improve brand appeal and marketing effectiveness.
- Brand consistency score – Adherence to brand guidelines across all design materials.
