6IX

The compact hunting can. Stainless or titanium.

Shortest overall length and smallest diameter in the line. Gunwerks sized the expansion chamber and blast baffle for magnum hunting gas volume, then built two separate suppressors in this size: hardened 17-4 stainless and Grade 5 titanium. Both include Tru-Mount adapters and a .30 ReducR.

Titanium safe-use rating

Grade 5 titanium 6IX, 6IX+, and 8IGHT suppressors are for hunting shot strings only. Rapid fire (60+ rounds in 5 minutes) or temperatures above 500°F is beyond intended use, voids the warranty, and can cause suppressor failure and serious injury.

Compact

6.18-6.2" long and about 1.5" in diameter, the shortest, lightest envelope in the Gunwerks lineup.

Magnum chamber

Internal volume is built around 6mm to .30 hunting magnums, not a scaled 5.56 / 7.62 NATO can.

Tru-Mount

Taper sits ahead of the threads. 1/2x28 and 5/8x24 adapters ship in the box; hex-key bore and wrench flats for a stuck mount.

Tunable

.30 ReducR included. Optional .22, 6mm, 6.5mm, and 7mm inserts match the exit aperture to the bullet.

6IX+

Mid-size volume. Two distinct suppressors.

6.5" long with a 1.7" tube and more internal volume than 6IX without the overall length of 8IGHT. Magnum-rated layout for 6.5mm through .300 PRC class cartridges. Stainless and titanium are separate SKUs with their own weights, finishes, and ratings.

Mid-size tube

6.5" overall length and 1.7" diameter, the step up from 6IX when you want more chamber volume on the rifle.

Magnum layout

Blast baffle and expansion chamber are sized for hunting magnums that dump substantially more powder gas than a .308 Winchester load.

Steel or titanium

12.6 oz stainless body with more thermal mass, or 8.8 oz Grade 5 titanium at about 40% less weight.

Same interface

8IGHT

Longest can in the line. Steel and titanium SKUs.

More internal volume for larger magnums when overall length is acceptable. Fully welded tubeless body in hardened 17-4 or Grade 5 titanium: two products, same Tru-Mount interface and .30 ReducR in the box.

Longest envelope

8.25-8.3" with a 1.7" tube, the most chamber volume Gunwerks offers in this family.

Welded body

Tubeless, fully welded construction. No outer sleeve, less snag edge for brush, scabbards, and cases.

Repeatable POI

Mount and tube are specified for minimal point-of-impact shift and groups as small as the unsuppressed rifle when muzzle threads are concentric.

Repair path

Aluminum ReducRs are sacrificial at the muzzle. A baffle strike is more likely to take the insert than the welded body.

Complete kit

Cole-Tac cover, extra 1/2x28 and 5/8x24 mounts, .22 / 6mm / 6.5mm / 7mm ReducRs, and a 3/8" hex key. Sized to the can; suppressor not included.

Covers

Mirage cover in 6IX, 6IX+, and 8IGHT sizes. Same size split as the complete kit.

ReducR inserts

Aluminum bore reducers with the same hex-key interface as the thread adapters. .30 ships with the can; the rest are $25 each.
